Qualifications

• Borrower must be a Filipino Citizen
• At least 21 years old but not more than 64 years old.
• Must have landline and personal mobile phones
• Business should be operational for at least 1 year
• With existing / active current account for at least 1 year

Requirements:

• Photocopy of 2 valid ID’s with signature and photo (SSS, GSIS, TIN, Passport, Driver’s license, postal ID, Company ID, PRC ID)
• Valid DTI Certificate
• Mayor’s permit
• Photocopy of recent 3 months bank statement
• Proof of Billing
